RamFast eprom upgrade.

hello folks.
 
This is Dick Pirong and I'm back again looking for help in locating
some eproms for my RamFast rev(C) scsi card.  The ones on there are
quite old. Rev 2.0, in fact. I'm looking for a set of rev 3.01ez
or 3.01f chips.
 
Replacements are NOT available from the cards makers anymore.

Failing that, perhaps the two binary files for burning new ones.
Wasn't someone here going to maintain a library of old eprom codes?
 
Note that one is a 64k chip and the other is 256k.
