Re: The Computist disk collection is online

<<I was digging through my stacks, and have found British and Canadian A2 mags,
and some really old stuff (late 1970s) but so hard the Hardcore issue(s)
haven't turned up. My A2 room is a mess right now, but when I find the
issue(s), I'll check against your list and then see if I need to verify.>>
:) OK...my A2 room is a mess also right now - and almost always. ;). I was
going to hold a yard auction and sell it all. But, with the multitude of posts
I've read on this newsgroup on so many issues - during the past week now, I've
decided to keep it all and continue with my A2 computer efforts - forever.
BTW, on the "but so hard the Hardcore issue(s)" -> would that word 'hard'
perhaps have been intended as the word 'far'? Whatever - whenever - however
is fine by me Roy.
<<Now, if it were possible to get the rights to the programs in Nibble, dozens
of people would need to start typing programs in soon.>>
Not only is it possible - it's done. I've got all the Nibble issues on disks,
archived as ShrinkIt disk archives with the basic programs, integer basic and
so on - programs all in their proper file format - all safe and sound on a CD,
so having dozens of people typing the programs in soon is really not an issue
for me. The contents of this CD will be on the apple2.net ftp site for public
access and download within the next months time.
Cheers,
Tom
