Sorry John. While it is possible to connect the IIgs to a VGA monitor via
an adapter card there is very little reason to do so. Most applications
that I know of don't take advantage of it. As for the earlier 8 bit
systems, the best you can get is RGB. Personally, I prefer the GS monitor
for the GS itself, and a quality composite monitor for the 8 bit systems.
