There are many more Rev C SCSI cards out there than Hi-Speed SCSI cards
and even they aren't all that common.

However the differences between an Apple Hi-Speed SCSI card and a Rev A,B,
or C SCSI card are considerable. A few of which are:
Uses DMA for faster data transfer
Supports removable media devices such as Zip drives and CD-ROMs
Supports more partitions
Can be setup with a delayed statup allowing easier use with internal HDs
