The Apple ][ generates a 60Hz NTSC video signal. An European Apple
][europlus supplies the same signal, but with 50Hz timing.

The PAL card converts the 50Hz/15625Hz NTSC signal into PAL. The color
phase of every second line is inverted and a 4.433MHz burst is added.
This signal can be fed into a SCART video connector. The RF signal from
the modulator can be connected to the TV antenna input.
