Re: Intermittent boot from a Focus into GSOS

Has anyone else experienced this slot 7 phenomenon using a focus?

I have found this t be the case on my Rom3, and two Rom1s. I have tried
several hd mechanisms, all eventiually get this problem. Initially it will
boot fine out of slot 7. After some time, it fails constantly. However, I
have since learned that it works well in other slots than 7. Greg and I have
thought about this over and over again and can come to no rationalization as to
why. I've placed my Focus in slot 2. (The comm software still access the
Communications port, so it's OK.)

Thankx,
Ed
