No, it was included in the freeware notices that I was given. If it was not
included, then I asked. Nonetheless our uploads are private, and no one can
reproduce or even link to them.

I see nothing wrong with what Tom did, except possibly with the accessories, of
 which we don't know the status. We know that Howard has uploaded some older
(not current) versions of other products, so it seems he is being more careful
now and might appreciate all the help he can get.
