It's worth noting that I had to scour the whole magazine pretty well to find
these tidbits.  Apparantly Apple didn't have many resellers/retailers that
were providing hardware for mail order sale.  There was plenty of software
and acessories for AIIes.  But, there was MORE software for Commodore and
Atari.  Go figure....
