Oh, I think there are a couple out there, but not in the USA. Maybe various
Franistans and Calanistanistans or maybe Iraniganistan. When I was a boy I read
"Tom Swift" books and the enemy was always Brungaria.

In perspective I suppose a properly placed device could cause nearly as much
death and myhem as big Bangledesh monsson flood. Could even be among the top
100 catastrophes of a century, but I doubt it.
