However, only the volatge will matter, not the frequency. The only
thing I've seen where it mattered whether the mains frequency was 50
Hz or 60 Hz was those electrical clocks of some 20 years ago which
worked by counting cycles in the AC from the mains voltage: these
clocks would run fast, or slow, if you connected them to the wrong
frequency.
So don't worry about 50 Hz vs 60 Hz -- but do make sure you get the
100 V vs 220 V right! You may need to buy a transformer, unless the
input voltage on the IIgs power supply is switchable.
