No drivers needed.  Plug an SVGA monitor into the SVGA port
and start the IIGS.  It should work.  If not, then the SVGA/RGB
jumper is set so that video is going out the RGB port.  In most
cases, this will not be so because who would want to use the
regular IIGS monitor with an SVGA card?  But if it is so, let me
know and I'll tell you how to switch the jumpers.

Look on the ground ftp server
ftp://ground.ecn.uiowa.edu/apple2/apple16 for a program called
ThirdView from Brutal Deluxe.  You will be able to VIEW the
JPEG of the card ON THE IIGS and ON YOUR SVGA MONITOR
borrowed from your PC with this program!
