Not true!  I (Charles T. Turley - and no other PEOPLE) am doing a cover to
cover scan of the Redbook with ALL authors and copyright holders consent.

When it's completed with FULL PROOF in hand, I will make it all available for
public access online as such and post it to this newsgroup with the URL's of
it.
