Maybe it's because despite assorted browbeating, obscene e-mail, having
products copied or stolen, unknowingly being the subject of a long,
backstabbing thread on Delphi, and a general refusal to kiss up to vogons, she
still produces a highly popular newsletter, has beta tested most of the
AppleWorks products from version 3.0 forward and programmed dozens in her own
right, provides important services and product lines to today's Apple II user,
runs the most interesting and active free Apple II bulletin board available
today, and provides intelligent, free or low-cost help to anyone who asks for
it. All this is done quietly, privately, with no fanfare or requests for
publicity, money, or even thanks.

That's my view, anyway.  So get out the tar and feathers, you won't stop us
from giving out even more free services and help.
