Beverly, the answer is Turley. If you analyze the posts, you will find that
the pattern always starts with an uncalled for attack on someone by Mr.
Turley or Mr. Turley in his misguided attempts at helping someone advocating
blatant piracy. The piracy issue is even more compounded by Mr. Turley's
claims of contacting people for permission that never was granted.
I for one had not been on comp.sys.apple2 for at least 18 months, but it was
brought to my attention that Mr. Turley made a claim that he spoke to Kevin
Johnson at Vitesse to allow Ultima I to be given away as freeware. I then
spoke to Kevin and found the claim to be false. This is why I have made my
posts last month reiterating my ownership of the copyright of Ultima I for
the Apple IIgs.
Now, I mostly lurk around here. Because I still have friends in many places
and when Mr. Turley makes another claim, I can check it out and hopefully
put a stop to this mess.
Like I said before, just ignore him.
