Extra knowledge that may be helpful:
GS/OS is large and may not fit on a standard floppy with other things.
GS/OS has a small launcher named 'PRODOS' in the root of the drive
that loads it.  It can be renamed and still loads GS/OS for you when
called from ProDOS.
You can press the number 8 on the keyboard to boot into ProDOS and put
your menus there instead.

(Maybe should have posted this info and let you work it all out.)
