Apple IIc power supply

Can anyone who has access to a IIc power supply and a multimeter give me
the pinouts for the power supply?  I acquired a IIc, but the power
supply did not come with it.  Apple's TIL was not helpful - the provided
the pinouts for every port except the power one.

On an unrelated note, I also aquired a Silentype printer and interface
card.  Can this be used in a IIGS if I set the slot information
accordingly in the Control Panel?
