"Video turtle" analog RGB--> S-VIDEO conversion box for Apple IIGS

Thank you for your reply on my usenet-posting, and advice on Video Turtle
conversion box.

--> As I am located in Europe, I am a bit concerned if there are differences
between S-Video running on NTSC or PAL-type TV-sets. Would you have any
feedback on this!

--> Does the 'Video turtle' require auxillary power supply?
