.DSK file to dir structure

I am looking for a utility for Windows, MSDOS, or linux that will allow
me to convert a .DSK file (I think the disks I need to convert are
prodos, as well) to the equivalent directory structure on the native
filesystem. I'm trying to port a very old program, and I need a way to
extract the source to a usable format. Any suggestions? I'm currently
digging through the archives I can find, but I haven't come across such
a program (extract2 by ??? comes close, but seems to lose the directory
structure).

Also, I will probably need a utility to convert .bas programs to .txt,
though I think I can write this myself if need be. Anyone know of a
unix or msdos based utility that will do that?

Thanks,
