Disk II Boot Disassembly

Ok, folks.  I recall there being a file somewhere called "THE.BOOT.PROCESS"
which described in detail what happens from $C600 (start of boot) to
preliminary DOS initialization.  I actually had several copies here at
the home printed out, but now I don't know where they went and I cannot
find this disassembly ANYWHERE.  I *swear* it was on grin.net/cturley's
archive somewhere, but now I'm just at a loss.  (Actually, I think
it was in A2.GRAND.CENTRAL, but that directory now seems to be empty..?)

I've found "DOS.COLDSTART.txt", but that only describes the process
from boot stage 2 of the loader.

Does *anyone* know what I'm talking about, or could give me some pointers?
