Have you access to the AppleWorksGS v1.1 utility disk?  The RAM Memory Testor
CL program on that disk - should serve your needs.  You should spend some time
browsing around in the GS WorldView Apr2000 online ezine issue.  There are
several utility program archives - here and there in it, that should be useful
for checking your RAM in the extension card and motherboard or just about
ANYTHING else you have on any of your Apple II computers for that matter.
