These were IIgs dealer diagnostic programs and were specific to Apple II repair
shops and Apple II dealers in the past.  I don't think there is any place
currently online that has them archived for download.  But, I have them and
they will be archived in ShrinkIt disk file format and featured  in the April
online issue of GS WorldView for download.  So, be patient and you can download
them next month from there if you wish.
