After reading the situation your in with obtaining the GS/OS v6.01
I think your problem may just have been solved :)
ftp://ftp.apple.asimov.net/pub/apple_II/incoming/System601.zip
The zip archive contains the GS/OS v6.01 Shrinkit disk (SDK) archives
for the full install (all disks).
Now you can download the zip archive on your PC, unzip it and away you
go. Enjoy your IIgs and have a nice weekend!
