Ramdisk in ROM03

Hi:
I created a ram disk /RAM5 in my ROM03 GS, but it lasts only as long
as I have the //GS on. When I shut down and boot up again,
my ram disk /RAM5 is gone.
What is the proper procedure to keep /RAM5 ?
I didnt have that problem with my ROM01 GS.
