Assuming you mean an Apple SuperDrive (or a clone of it): in theory, it
will work, but only as if it was an Apple 3.5 Drive, i.e. supporting 400
KB and 800 KB disks, but not 720 KB or 1.44 MB.

If you are talking about a generic high density 3.5" drive from a PC,
then that won't work either.  There is a disk controller card that
supports these (whose name escapes me at the moment), but it isn't the
UDC.
