IMAGEWRITER II: Need "Bank Street Writer Plus" printer codes

I've always used daisy wheel printers or NEC spinwriter printers for my
text printing, but right now all the spinwriters have developed a variety
of faults.

I have a platinum IMAGEWRITER II in mint condition, so in desperation, I
want to use the Imagewriter II at the college office on my Flagship IIE.

I can set the dip switches okay on the super serial card, but I have never
yet figured out how to do the printer control codes for BANK STREET WRITER
PLUS on this popular serial printer.  Specifically, I want to be able to
set underline on/off, bold/shadow on/off.  With BSW+, you do NOT merely
set the name of the printer; instead, you must do an askii code for each
function.
