actually these cards are pretty nice, if you have all the items that can go
with them. i have the one for the apple IIe. along with it i have a filter
divice called a "color killer". i got this from the computer eyes folks for
nothing a long time. since the IIe card is b/w only the color signal tends
to mess up the picture. the color killer blocks the color and the pictures
are some better. (as stingray said in his comeback) it ain't all that great.
but then it is kinda old technology. 
the connectors are for video in. to the monitor, and video to a second
composit monitor so you can see what is going on. you loose the signal to
the monitor while doing a scan of a picture.
ALL THIS IS FROM MEMORY AS MY IIE AND IIGS STUFF IS UNDER A MESS OF MAC
