I bought a few 256 CF cards on the 'bay years ago, so I mostly use
those.  But I also found a 1GB MicroDrive in the recycle bin at work,
and have used that without problems.  While there are limitations as
to what the operating system on top can actually "see," I don't think
there is much of a limit of what you can plug in with the
understanding you'll not be able use more than what the OS limits are.
