The box itself can help narrow it down. The early boxes had glossy cardboard
and full color pictures on the sides. ROM 3s had the plain white boxes with
two color print on the sides.

Too bad there's nothing to distinguish a Woz signature edition. One of those
in an unopened box would rock.

Or just hang on to it. Or on the other hand, sell it to me for $15, which is
what I paid for an original ][ in flawless condition in its original (albeit
opened) box once upon a time.
