Start up diskette.

Hi,
I have a disabled friend wo bought an Apple II in the 80's.
Now he wants to work again with his machine, but he lost
his start up diskette.
He also has Visicalc for Apple II and III plus 32 - 48k.
He has a 5.25" diskette drive DISK II Apple.
I personally never worked with Apple, so I don't know
how to transform a diskette from IBM based Pc to Apple
PC.
Can anyone help me, I would be much obliged.
