Depends on the condition of the book really.  I'd say in fair to good condition
the Apple Red Book should fetch around $200 to $250 if offered at auction on
eBay.com.  You could probably sell it on this NG for a price
in that area too.  That's the price range I've seen a few sold for in the past
anyway.
