Hi Randy,
Thanks for pointing out that there is indeed both 
a Red Book and a Blue Book.  As I said in my thread
to Raymond on the COLOR issue, I've got access to
both and intend to scan both - cover to cover during
the next few months - then make it all available
from an Apple II site online.

It's time for EVERYBODY to have access to both books
contents, that's why I'm doing such gigantic project
with a complete cover to cover scan of both books.
