ORCA/M is the best.

Nevertheless, I prefer Merlin, which I had used for years, as it's more
convivial.

At the end of my Apple 2 era, I adopted PROCODE, which is - for what I
remember -
a French software. PROCODE run on ProDOS and had a full screen editor and
was
able to use the auxiliary memory of a 128K Apple //e or //c.
