I'm not entirely sure but I think it is a digital RGB monitor which
should work with the IIe with appropriate interface card, a IIc with
appropriate adaptor, an Apple /// (probably need an adapter here too)
or a PC with CGA or possibly even an EGA video card.

There are probably other systems that could use a digital RGB monitor
as well but like I said, I'm not really sure about this monitor.
