Some Google searching on that error code suggests it may be an issue
with your Internet connection.  I'm not sure what else it could be...
The Open Apple Web site is powered by WordPress, and sometimes its PHP
causes the server to run out of memory, but the link directly to the
MP3 file should bypass that.  I was able to access the podcast
yesterday from my home's DSL connection (noon), 40 miles away on my
school's network (6 PM), and with a spotty Wi-Fi signal on a train
running in between (midnight).

I hope whatever the issue is gets resolved.  Sorry for any
frustration, and thanks for your patience.
