I can't help you with the rest of it but I believe the Apple II motherboards
all
have a production date on them. On the II, II+ & IIe they'll be near the back
left hand corner. On the IIgs it'll be around the middle right side. Can't say
about the IIc or c+ but they'd be a bit more awkward to check anyways.
