It is an RF Modulator.  This is to get the Laser's video onto an
older TV set that does not have Video inputs.  It changes the
Video signal of the Laser into a Radio Frequency (RF)
Channel 3 signal.  You connect this to the antenna input of
an older TV and set the TV to channel 3 to use the Laser.

The RF Modulator is irrelevant for all modern TV sets AND
older TV sets if you have a VCR between the set and the
Laser.
