Yep. Many 8bitters have such hooks. Since the c64 doesnt have a DOS in
rom, all file operations are done via hooks as well (load/save simply makes
request to a serial bus on which a number of devices sit, or an optional
tape drive on device 1).
Anyhow, Do you konw of any onine dox that detail these rules? I'd love to
get into proDOS programming, but it's a structured world with rules that Ive
been unable to locate. =)
