Three questions

I have three questions?
1.  Is there a program that can change JPG/GIF to a picture format that
the IIgs can understand?
2.  Is there a way to change the background to a picture in GS/OS 6.0.1?
3.  I remember that the new Focus drivers has been released and I don't
know where to get them (I forgot the URL  :-( ).
