Hi!
I 'm building my own P/S-unit for the IIC:
The IIC technical reference manual identifies the DIN 7 plug as follows:
Pins#
1,7 - Not connected
2,3 - Common electrical ground
4 - Chassis
5,6 - +15 volt d.c. input.
Questions:
My european P/S only have two wires +/- 15V DC , no chassis grounding ,
should pin (4) be left as is?
Polarity question:
Should pin 2,3 be connected to 'negative' (-) lead and pin 5,6 subsequently
to the 'positive' (+) lead?
Any feedback appreciated!
