Can't help you with the cable.  It is a straight through cable if
you want to build one yourself.

The keyboard is easy.  The IIGS takes the same ADB type
keyboards as (pre-iMac) Macs.  Just look for cheap generic
ADB keyboards at CompUSA or the like.
