Ram Card Problem

I went ahead and swapped out half of the chips on the board with the
chips from
my Apple board. I now require only a 384k ram disk instead of the
previous
512k.
So, I managed to save an extra 128k of ram. The new setting creates a
completely
unusable ram disk. Upon startup, it wants to be initialized or ejected,
