I think there are ways to ask the ZipGS and Transwarp card what speed
they are running at and how much cache RAM they have but I'm not sure
what they would be.
For speed checking, the program USE (Universal Sound Editor) will do a
timing loop when it starts so that it can figure out the speed of your
processor so that it can digitize sound at the frequency you request.
If you press the C key after it is done its test it will tell you the
approximate speed of your machine. The result will usually be a
little lower than your actual speed due to any code running in
interrupt handlers and such.
