I don't know if the IIGS syncs on green.  Actually, I think it
has a composite sync.  The Second Sight SVGA card
could convert the standard IIGS video modes to VGA sync
(30Khz) as well as providing genuine SVGA modes.  There
are scan doublers that double the 15Khz analog RGB
signal supplied by an Amiga to 30Khz to drive VGA
monitors.  These should be adaptable to work on the IIGS.
