Me too. Interestingly, you can still log on with an Apple II, but
only if you have a PC Transporter running the GeoWorks version
of AOL. They seem to be getting ready to kill GeoWorks
access too, though.
Strangely enough, GeoWorks AOL and IIGS AOL were not that
different in terms of feature development. I guess killing IIGS
access first was not solely due to technical reasons but also
due to the fact that Apple killed the IIGS before GeoWorks got
killed in the mainstream (some appliance computers still use
GeoWorks).
However, the AOL Apple II Forum I mentioned can still be
accessed through the Mac or PC versions of AOL.
