Well from the numbers on the chips, I'd say it is a 192k ram card.  (24 chips x64K
x1 /8 bits ber byte= 192k bayes)  It also looks by the shape and placement of the
edge connector to be an AUX slot card.  I think I used to have one of these.  I
dropped it into a dedicated IIe just for copying disks in one pass.  Drop it into a
IIe and run Locksmith Fastcopy and see what it says about ram size.
