For me it's the other way round: I find Mac OS more frustrating.
Suppose you find yourself accidentally changing the name of a file in
the Mac Finder. And you think "Whoa". On the GS you can then press
Esc to restore the name. Not so on the Mac: the Mac interprets the
Esc key as Enter. Whoa.
But then again, Apple have never utilized the Esc key in a consistent
manner. On the Mac, if you accidentally invoke the "Open..." dialog
box, you can use Esc to dispose of it. But on the GS, Esc puts you
into a different directory on the disk. Never could figure out why.
By now, I've taught myself never to use Esc while in a "Open..."
dialog box. Always use Apple-. for cancel and Apple-up for going to
the parent directory. But it wasn't easy.

Ehm, not sure I can place this remark...
What do you mean? Zoom boxes work fine in any system (be it GS/OS or
Mac OS).
Trouble with Mac OS 8 and up is that the Zoom box is in the wrong
position (not in the top right corner anymore). But I can learn to
live with that. Have learned to live with Windows 3.1 and Windows 95
after all..
