The easiest way to get an image of the ROMs, is to dump to a RS232
port using a Super Serial Card and the Apple Monitor. As far as
making duplicates, see my web page.

A 2716 needs an inverter added to one of the chip select lines in
order to work correctly as an Apple II EPROM, unless you use an Apple
firmware card, which has a way to make it 2716 compatible.
Another option is to obtain a brain board and program a 27C128 or
27C256 with the entire image of all the PROMs.
