When you start an old 5.25" Copy Protected MECC Disk, e.g. Oregon
Trail, Counting Critters, The Friendly Computer, Addition Logician,
etc, there is supposed to be a key combination you press to access
"Teacher Only" settings, that control things like difficulty settings,
top scores, etc. Does anyone know what this key-press code is?
