Syncing down to 15kHz

How do I get a monitor to sync down to 15 kHz?? There's something inside
that you can change. What is it???

A long long time ago in a newsgroup so similar to this one that it was
this one, I posted a question about solving the problem with today's
monitors and the 15kHz output of the IIgs RGB port.

Now I either need a schematic to build a scan doubler or instructions on
how to modify my monitor to accept 15kHz. I know it's possible because
someone posted that they knew how to.
