That's useful info. I just bought a satellite dish/receiver, and it has
S-VHS out and my TV has S-VHS in. I was considering trying one of my ADB
cables (I too, have lots of 'em) but was wondering if they would work as
well as an official cable- the ADB signals are low-frequency, the S-VHS is
broadband high-frequency... but I'll give it a try.

Put that in the faq, another way the IIgs was ahead of it's time!
